Marcos Jr.<\/b>, who led the<br \/>\nopening of the event, emphasized his administration\u2019s resolve to ensure that<br \/>\nevery Filipino has a home to call their own.<\/p>\n<p><i>\u201cHangga\u2019t may mga Pilipinong<br \/>\nnagnanais ng sariling tahanan, hindi po titigil ang pamahalaan sa aming<br \/>\npagkilos. Walang hihinto sa trabaho. Walang maiiwanan sa Bagong Pilipinas,\u201d<br \/>\nPresident Marcos said in his keynote address.<\/i><\/p>\n<p>He<br \/>\nlauded the collaboration between the government and the private sector in<br \/>\nexpanding housing programs, streamlining services, and developing <b>climate-resilient communities<\/b> through<br \/>\nthe Green Lane Program.<\/p>\n<p>The<br \/>\nparticipation of <b>P.A. Properties<\/b> and<br \/>\n<b>P.A. Hankyu<\/b> in this year\u2019s Expo<br \/>\nunderscores their continued collaboration with the <b>Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD)<\/b> and<br \/>\nthe <b>Pag-IBIG Fund<\/b>, highlighting<br \/>\ntheir shared goal of improving the lives of Filipinos through homeownership.<\/p>\n<p>The<br \/>\npartnership between <b>P.A.
