\n2026<\/b> \u2014 P.A. Properties Hankyu Hanshin, the joint
\nventure between P.A. Alvarez Properties and Development Corporation (P.A.
\nProperties) and Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corporation, officially welcomed the
\nfirst homeowners of Idesia San Jose del Monte during its Homeowners Turnover
\nCeremony. <\/p>\n

The milestone signifies not only the
\nbeginning of homeownership for the project’s pioneering families but also another
\nachievement in the ninth year of partnership between P.A. Properties and Hankyu
\nHanshin Properties Corporation. It likewise marks the joint venture’s first
\nIdesia development in North Luzon.<\/p>\n

Executives from P.A. Properties,
\nrepresentatives of Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corporation, local government
\nofficials, project partners, officers, employees, and the new homeowners
\nattended the ceremony.<\/p>\n

In her opening remarks, Asa Toda<\/b>,
\nVice President of Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corp. Philippines, underscored the
\nsignificance of the project as the partnership’s first venture in Bulacan.<\/p>\n

“We are honored to be part of
\nthis growing province and to help build a community where people can enjoy a
\nbetter quality of life,”<\/i> she said.<\/i><\/p>\n

Welcoming the homeowners, Lawrenz
\nJoseph Z. Alvarez<\/b>, Director of P.A. Properties, described the turnover as
\nmore than the ceremonial handover of houses.<\/p>\n

He said Idesia San Jose del Monte
\nrepresents the arrival of the Idesia brand in Bulacan and reflects the joint
\nventure’s commitment to building thoughtfully planned communities where
\nfamilies can grow, neighbors become friends, and dreams flourish.<\/p>\n

Following the ceremonial program, the
\nhomeowners were escorted to their respective units for the official turnover.
\nEach family stepped inside their new home for the first time before receiving a
\nhouse blessing, marking the beginning of their homeownership journey.<\/p>\n

Accessibility is also expected to improve
\nwith the completion of the MRT-7, which is projected to extend rail
\nconnectivity to San Jose del Monte by 2027 or 2028, significantly reducing
\ntravel time to Metro Manila.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, the development of the New
\nManila International Airport in Bulacan is expected to generate more than one
\nmillion jobs and further accelerate economic growth across the province.<\/p>\n

In her closing remarks, Atty. Marianne
\nReyna Lina-Cruz<\/b>, President and CEO of P.A. Properties and P.A. Properties
\nHankyu Hanshin, highlighted the long-term value of investing in an Idesia home,
