\nChapter has brought together business leaders, educators, industry stakeholders

From Business Advantage to Strategic Thinking<\/b><\/p>\n
In 2024, Asia CEO Community Malaysia hosted “Tap
\ninto ESG Strategy as Business Advantage” with Taylor’s College<\/b>,
\nbringing together business and education stakeholders to examine how
\nsustainability related strategies were increasingly becoming part of corporate
\ncompetitiveness and business decision making.<\/p>\n
Rather than approaching ESG simply as a compliance topic,
\nthe discussion explored how businesses could consider sustainability as a
\npotential source of business advantage, innovation, reputation and long-term
\nvalue.<\/p>\n
The event demonstrated the Chapter’s approach to executive
\nengagement: bringing leaders together around issues that affect how businesses
\noperate and compete, while creating opportunities for participants to exchange
\nperspectives beyond their own industries.<\/p>\n
Building the Malaysia Chapter Community<\/b><\/p>\n
The Malaysia (KL) Chapter Luncheon 2024<\/b> provided a
\nmore intimate setting for members and business leaders to connect, exchange
\nexperiences and strengthen relationships. Executive communities are often built
\nthrough these smaller interactions.<\/p>\n
A luncheon creates the opportunity for leaders to move
\nbeyond formal introductions and engage in more direct conversations about
\nbusinesses, markets, challenges and opportunities.<\/p>\n
For Asia CEO Community Malaysia Chapter, such gatherings are

In 2025, Asia CEO Community Malaysia took another step
\nforward through an MOU Signing with the Malaysia International Trade and
\nExhibition Centre (MITEC)<\/b> under the theme “Business in ASIA.” <\/b>The
\ninitiative highlighted the importance of connecting businesses and business
\nleaders with broader regional opportunities.<\/p>\n
The partnership reflected Asia CEO Community’s wider
\nambition to create platforms where executives can gain exposure to new markets,
\nindustries and potential collaborators. For members, institutional
\nrelationships such as these can strengthen the ecosystem around the community
\nby creating additional avenues for business engagement, knowledge exchange and
\nregional connectivity.<\/p>\n
Creating Dialogue with Industry Decision-Makers<\/b><\/p>\n
Another significant engagement was the MOU Signing with
\nMATRADE, accompanied by “A Dialogue with YBrs. En Abu Bakar Yusof.” <\/b>The
\nengagement brought the executive community closer to Malaysia’s trade and
\nexport ecosystem and created an opportunity for business leaders to gain
\nperspectives on internationalisation and market opportunities.<\/p>\n
